Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Key Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Provide safe, patient-centered care in a specialty urology setting
• Coordinate patient care activities and support providers during procedures and clinical visits
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support performance improvement initiatives and clinical excellence
• Serve as a resource and mentor for staff when needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational policies

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience (acute care preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care coordination skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced outpatient/clinic setting
• Strong documentation and EMR proficiency
• Knowledge of urology or specialty clinic workflows preferred
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Experience: Direct patient care experience preferred
• Ability to work Night Shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
