Pay Range: $60 - $63/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Location: Remote (EST/CST preferred; travel may be required for workshops)
• Plan, coordinate, and implement small project, as assigned
• Lead customer remediation for all applicable field actions
• Supervise and report on field action budget, both expense to date and forecast
• Attain a thorough knowledge of all Client processes for field actions/recalls
• Assist Project Managers or lead with preparing the project team for new field actions

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Project Management in a Matrixed Healthcare/DME Environment
• Technology & Analytics Exposure-Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Bachelor’s degree or PMP certification
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate accurately and concisely
• Ability to gain new technical skills quickly
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts in simple terms
• Sophisticated skills with Microsoft Office products and working knowledge of Salesforce and Brightree
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred
• Five or more years of experience in project management
• Prior experience within a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, automotive, aerospace)
• Managed/supported projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High attention to detail while managing multiple sophisticated deliverables and stakeholder groups required
• Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results required
• Showed talent with MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Proficiency with Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, Brightree and Confluence preferred.
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Travel: up to 15%
