MRA/MRIA Remediation Analyst
Immediate need for a talented MRA/MRIA Remediation Analyst. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta/Raleigh/Charlotte (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $45 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Location: Atlanta/Raleigh/Charlotte (Remote-expected to go to local office when needed)
- Execute and monitor user account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes in Active Directory and UNIX, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory standards
- Remove members from groups on Active Directory, including Nested Groups
- Ensure timely removal of access for terminated employees, contractors, and third parties to mitigate insider threat and non-compliance risks
- Maintain audit trails, access logs, and documentation for compliance with internal and external audits
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, Auditors, etc. to enforce least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD)
- Support identity recertification campaigns and assist in access reviews and remediation
- Respond to audit requests, participate in regulatory inspections, and support risk assessments
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Active Directory , Unix Administration , Remediation
- 3+ years of experience in Active Directory and UNIX administration Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Familiarity with MRA/MRIAs for banks, specified by regulatory authorities, and remediation measures
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks: SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, RBAC, and IAM tools (e.g., Oracle Identity Manager & CyberArk preferred)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, change management, and incident handling in security-sensitive environments
- Strong attention to detail, documentation and excellent communication.
