Pay Range: $17 - $19/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Time & Working Days: 8AM-5PM their time zone, Monday-Friday, rotating weekends possible voluntary OT
• Outbound calls to Pharmacies to address Medication Adherence
• Outbound calls to Provider Offices to address member gaps
• Report management to include documentation of outreach attempts and outcome efforts
• Helping faxing provider offices to address member gaps

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Customer service experience.
• Outreach and Good communication skills
• Pharmacy Technician License
• Pharmacy or healthcare experience, Pharmacy measure knowledge
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience. Customer Service/retail experience preferred
• License/Certification: Valid Pharmacy Technician License preferred.
• High volume outbound calls experience
