Pay Range: $80 - $90/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Problem Framing: Collaborate with leadership and business units (e.g., Product, Marketing, Finance) to identify and define key business problems, translating ambiguous questions into testable hypotheses. 
• Experimental Design: Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new products, features, and marketing strategies. 
• Modeling & Analysis: Develop and apply statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and optimization techniques to predict outcomes and prescribe the best course of action. 
• Actionable Insights: Go beyond reporting "what" happened to explain "why" it happened and, most importantly, "what we should do next." 
• Data Storytelling: Communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations in a clear, concise, and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership. 
• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to collect and process data from various sources. 
• Develop and manage our data warehouse and data lake solutions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. 
• Implement data modeling best practices to structure data for analytical and operational use. 
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation, cleansing, and monitoring processes. 

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 
• Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Decision Science, Data Science, Product Analytics). 
• Expert-level SQL for data extraction and manipulation. 
• Experience with DBT for data modeling
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design (A/B testing).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Business Acumen: A strong ability to understand business context, connect data insights to strategic goals, and prioritize work based on business impact. 
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to tell stories with data and influence decision-making. 
• Problem-Solving: A curious and analytical mindset, with a structured approach to solving complex problems
