Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, including vital signs, hemodynamics, and neurological status.
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage life-support equipment as needed.
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and other team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and ICU best practices.
• Consistent 12-hour night shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Opportunity to work in a mixed ICU/IMCU unit (10 ICU + 22 IMCU beds)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
• AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications (required)
• CCRN certification (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience within ICU or IMCU specialty
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and decision-making skills under pressure
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am), schedule varies
• No local candidates within 50 miles
• Excellent cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
• Proficiency in ventilator management, vasoactive drips, and post-procedural care
• Strong communication and teamwork in high-stress environments
• Proficient in EMR/EHR documentation
• Compassionate, patient-first mindset
