Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location) and Sign- on Bonus, Reallocation Bonus.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced interventions.
• Perform detailed patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, IV drips, and hemodynamic status.
• Administer medications, titrate critical care drips, and perform complex nursing procedures.
• Recognize and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and participate in emergency response efforts.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Registered Nurse ICU
• Min 2 year of experience as RN ICU
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (associate or bachelor’s degree).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia (or compact state eligibility).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU or acute care experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification.
• Experience with ventilator management and advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
• Schedule-Weekend Option (typically Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Sunday schedule based on unit needs).
• Night Shift.
