Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages detailed intent project plans.
- Tracks progress against timelines on IMO sheet and in JIRA.
- Submits and represents change controls after consultation with Engineering and TPMs.
- Captures notes and outcomes from S2 Engineering meetings and ad-hoc hot houses.
- Schedules follow-up discussions across key stakeholders in partnership with TPM.
- Sets meeting agendas and coordinates materials for meeting prep.
- Updates program Risk, Action, Issue, and Decision log after program S2 and S3 meetings.
- Identifies and manages dependencies within and across programs.
- Develops program status reports for S3/S3.5 meetings and legacy Client reporting needs.
- Must have skills: - Program management, JIRA, application development
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs
