- SLA
- Need a WMS consultant with more than 4 years of experience. Should have good Manhattan WMS technical understanding.
- SLA management and stakeholder management. should have good knowledge on the all warehouse management process and good technical knowledge on the Manhattan WMS,
- HE should be able to make the configuration changes and need to find the RCA for frequent occurring issues and problem management
