• Adaptable Patient Care: Provide competent, compassionate nursing care to patients in various assigned units, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes based on each unit's specific patient population.
• Rapid Integration: Quickly acclimate to different unit cultures, workflows, and patient care protocols. Collaborate effectively with diverse teams of physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Clinical Versatility: Demonstrate competency in caring for patients with a wide range of diagnoses and acuities, adhering to the standards of care for each assigned unit.
• Resource Utilization: Ensure appropriate utilization of nursing and clinical resources, efficiently managing time and materials in an unfamiliar environment.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring patient safety regardless of the unit you are supporting.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Licensure/Certification:
• Current RN License in the State of Georgia or Multi-State Compact (RN-COMPACT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Required: Minimum of 6 months of acute care nursing experience.
• Exceptional adaptability and flexibility to transition smoothly between different clinical units.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills, with the ability to make independent decisions quickly.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize care in varying environments.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with new patients and team members.
• Exceptional adaptability and flexibility to transition smoothly between different clinical units.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills, with the ability to make independent decisions quickly.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize care in varying environments.
