Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities

• Perform the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice
• Deliver individualized, relationship-based, patient-centered nursing care
• Coordinate safe, high-quality care with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and families and support care across the continuum
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities
• Serve as mentor/preceptor to support workforce development when needed
• Follow all professional standards, safety practices, and organizational policies
• Support efficient use of clinical resources and quality outcomes

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills :Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of direct RN patient care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking ability
• Experience providing individualized, patient-centered acute care
• Ability to coordinate care within interdisciplinary teams
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety standards
