Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 

• Assess, monitor, and provide patient care as per care plans
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams for effective treatment
• Educate patients and families on care and health conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality care
• Address patient concerns and support a positive experience
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain certifications and pursue professional development
• Support team collaboration and mentor staff as needed

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must Have Skills: Active RN (Registered Nurse) license (Single State or Compact)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of patient safety standards and clinical protocols
• Strong documentation and EMR skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage patient flow effectively
• Commitment to patient-centered care and satisfaction
• Willingness to participate in continuous learning and professional development
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience required
• Ability to work Night Shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
