Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production triage, bridge line troubleshooting, escalation, and root cause analysis.
- Document incidents, business impacts, application flows, and outage impacts.
- Perform start-of-day health checks, traffic routing, JVM recycling, server management, and change/release execution.
- Identify stability risks, vulnerabilities, and automation opportunities; develop dashboards and alerts using Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.
- Support ARC/DR/Data Center isolation exercises and enforce production governance.
- Provide incident/change management support using ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely communication with leadership
- Key Skills: Java/Java web services applications, Splunk/Dynatrace, WebSphere/JBoss/Tomcat .
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Proven production support experience in Java/Java web services applications.
- Strong skills in Splunk, Dynatrace, Unix/Linux commands, SQL (DB2/Oracle).
- Hands-on experience with WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, SoapUI, MQ (Nastel Navigator), Bladelogic, and AIC tools.
- Familiarity with incident/problem management and monitoring processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams; willingness to work shifts/weekends.
