Software Engineer/Camunda

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
  
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Camunda
• Soft skills, well spoken
• Spring boot
• Rest
• Groovy
• Flowable
• BPM Appian
• 3-5 years of proven programming background in Java or Groovy.
• Hands on experience in building web services, RESTful api, Spring etc., Knowledge of aws/azure is desired
• Solid understanding of Software Engineering and Object-Oriented Design principals
• 2-3 years of JavaScript and building user interfaces. Exposure toform.io desired
• At least 2-3 years of experience building process models using one of Camunda, Activiti, Flowable, IBM BPM or Appian
• Experience in business process improvement or business processre-engineering projects and working closely with business and operations teams
• Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and Design leads to implement robust automation solutions
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology
• Bachelor's degree, with a focus in Computer Science or Information Technology or comparable experience
• Experience with financial services in an operation or technology role is a plus
• Knowledge of system development methodology and analytical/problem solving skills
• Your collaborative working style, good interpersonal and relationship management, and analytical skills
• An ability to understand business challenges and objectives and translate those into a design
• Willingness to have analyze business problems and suggest technical solutions
• Your drive to take initiative, ownership and deliver results
• Your excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Your ability to learn and develop expertise in new tools and products
