Key Responsibilities:
- Client is looking for a Process Assistant to work within the HR team and with HR representative to assist in facilitating daily HR operations including recruitment, on/offboarding, answering questions via the help line along with various tasks.
- The successful candidate in this role will be comfortable assisting in resolving employee relations issues and various ongoing projects which will typically require strong communication, organizational skills.
- Skills-HR Experience OR Staffing Experience: This candidate will be working with recruiters and leaders to coordinate staffing
- Customer service helpline experience; analytical/problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task; teamwork; adaptability
- Proficient computer skills
- 2 years of directly related experience
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalency Required
- Preferred: College Degree
