HR Generalist (Employee Relations Focus) – Manufacturing
Immediate need for a talented HR Generalist (Employee Relations Focus) – Manufacturing. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Willard, OH (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle attendance issues, coaching, and employee conversations
- Support low–mid level ER cases and policy discussions
- Partner with employees and supervisors to resolve workplace concerns
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Manage onboarding & offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records in Workday or similar HRIS
- Support timekeeping, payroll audits, and timecard reconciliation (UKG/Kronos)
- Assist with benefits, compliance, and HR reporting
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 1–3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong employee relations experience
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exposure to payroll or timekeeping systems (UKG/Kronos/WFM)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
- Manufacturing or high-volume workforce experience
- Experience supporting 400+ employees
- HR certifications (PHR / SPHR)
