Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Operations is accountable for several cross-functional areas for the organization, including activities within Provider Operations like ensuring accurate Medicaid/CHIP provider registration and provider directory accuracy, business analysis which focuses on ensuring accurate and reliable documentation for stakeholders for a distinct set of projects. 
• This position operates with a high level of autonomy working with a cross-functional group and will have the support of leadership to achieve key objectives.
• Demonstrate the ability to think critically beyond task completion by offering ideas, making recommendations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
• Key project: Provider Data Accuracy. Process implementation (including data analysis and recommendations), improvement and documentation.
• Ownership and monitoring of key processes.
