Telephony Delivery PM

Client has a couple of subsidiaries purchased overtime (BARD- intervention products, LMS Liberator medical supply Durable medical equipment for urology and critical care with a focus on home care incontinence, urology, purewick Urinary incontinence product available in retail market?
Hospitals purchase products and provide to patients. Product is expensive so consumers cannot purchase easily
Client is working to make this a reimbursable product through insurance/Medicare/Medicaid
Digital Reimbursement Experience (DRE) big project. 2 goals

Skills and experience:

• Build retail supply chain and work on separation from Client, BARD etc from regulation POV
• Digital User experience has to be seamless and connected for retail/reimbursement
• Fulfillment of backend automation/agents at contact centers
• Consultant who has done work with multiple tools (Genesys, Ayava)
• Worked from source to target systems experience
• Past engineering background /hands on and then transitioned into vendor/PM sort of roles
• Migration experience will be key
• CTO will hire for this role
• PM skill sets with domain knowledge of putting together operating models. (this role will be in BDs COE team)
