Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients with account-related questions, transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
- Provide accurate information on financial products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements .
- Document all customer interactions in CRM systems with attention to detail .
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience .
- Key Skills; Customer Service, Admin, Data Entry, Finance or Financial .
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field a plus).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service; financial services industry experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of financial products, investment accounts, or banking services is a bonus .
