Pay Range: $15 - $17/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using a prepared script or campaign list.
• Explain products or services to customers and answer questions.
• Identify customer needs and provide information on relevant offerings.
• Generate leads or set appointments for the sales team.
• Update customer information and call logs in the CRM or database.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer objections in a professional manner.
• Follow up on previous interactions as needed.
• Report feedback and trends to supervisors or managers.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Outbound Caller (OBC Caller) 2- CRM 3- Sales or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of [insert language(s) required, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software preferred.
• Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude.
• Sales or customer service background.
• Multilingual abilities.
• Familiarity with call center or BPO environments.
