Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using a prepared script or campaign list.
- Explain products or services to customers and answer questions.
- Identify customer needs and provide information on relevant offerings.
- Generate leads or set appointments for the sales team.
- Update customer information and call logs in the CRM or database.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections in a professional manner.
- Follow up on previous interactions as needed.
- Report feedback and trends to supervisors or managers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Skills-Outbound Caller (OBC Caller) 2- CRM 3- Sales or customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of [insert language(s) required, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software preferred.
- Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude.
- Sales or customer service background.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Familiarity with call center or BPO environments.
