Pay Range: $33/hour - $59/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
• Partner with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to develop, coordinate, and document care plans, ensuring service delivery reflects an understanding of cultural diversity.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care consistent with population-specific characteristics.
• Uphold evidence-based practice and participate in performance improvement initiatives, research utilization, and data collection to achieve best practice outcomes.
• Act as a preceptor or mentor, supporting a qualified workforce and fostering a healthy work environment.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and clinical competencies.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Registered Nurse (RN), RN Behavioral Health, RN Mental Health, BLS, Acute Care
• Active RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) in the State of Georgia.Licensure:•
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire. ACLS/PALS may be required in some practice areas.Certification:•
• Experience with direct patient care is preferred. Additional specialty experience may be required.Experience:•
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.Education:•
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies in a composed manner, and possess excellent time management skills.
• Must be proficient in basic computer skills and able to read, write, and speak English.
