Real-Time Operations Supervisor

Pay Range: $23 - $26/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee real-time security monitoring, directing staff to respond to incidents and emerging threats.
• Collect and organize CCTV footage, technical data, and incident reports to support investigations and leadership updates.
• Coordinate with regional security leadership to deploy resources where risks are highest.
• Provide daily guidance to real-time operations technicians on priority tasks and operational focuses.
• Collaborate with investigative analysts to support ongoing legal or enforcement actions.
• Work with operations personnel to adjust security plans during outages or service changes.
• Manage access permissions for systems and facilities for operations staff.
• Assist senior security leadership with special projects as needed.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Security Operations Management, Incident Response & Reporting, Access Control Systems
• Proven experience in security operations, emergency response, or law enforcement coordination.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Familiarity with security technologies such as CCTV systems, access control, and incident reporting tools.
• Ability to analyse incidents and provide clear, actionable guidance.
