Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Emergency Department
Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Emergency Department. This is a Full-Time – Various Shift opportunity with long-term potential, located in Augusta, Georgia (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary emergency team
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate pediatric patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Deliver safe, effective, evidence-based emergency nursing care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate and support pediatric patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up care
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and professional development activities
- Support mentorship, teamwork, and a positive clinical environment
- Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional nursing standards
- Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must Have Skills :Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Pediatric ED or Emergency nursing experience preferred
- Strong triage, rapid assessment, and emergency response skills
- Ability to manage pediatric patients in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care
