Pay Range: $30 - $38/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 5 days/week including every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing student ambassadors across campuses
• Build a diverse, engaged, and results-driven ambassador network
• Maintain strong relationships with student leaders and campus organizations
• Track and manage monthly KPIs and acquisition targets across the region
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to ambassadors
• Ensure consistent execution of regional goals
• Develop and deliver ambassador toolkits, playbooks, and activation guides
• Equip ambassadors with clear messaging and brand standards
• Support planning and execution of on-campus activations and events
• Act as primary point of contact for internal teams
• Coordinate with marketing, recruiting, partnerships, and product stakeholders
• Triage regional issues and provide timely solutions
• Ensure all campus activities meet brand and operational guidelines
• Review ambassador materials and activations for quality control
• Capture campus-level trends, insights, and feedback
• Share recommendations to optimize strategy and engagement approaches

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1–3 years of professional experience
• Experience managing campus ambassadors, student leaders, or university programs
• Ability to manage multiple campuses and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience working with social media or digital content platforms
• Background in student marketing, campus outreach, university engagement, or early-career recruiting
• Experience managing performance metrics or acquisition targets
• CRM or ambassador tracking system experience
• Experience creating social or digital conten
