Key Responsibilities:
- Review and improve end-to-end processes within the claims lifecycle (not performing claims work directly).
- Partner closely with claims adjusters, repair teams, process owners, IT, and data partners.
- Help determine how work moves between different adjuster groups.
- Support oversight of repair processes, vendor utilization, home inspections, and member experience workflows.
- Contribute to additional living expense management workflows.
- Analyze cost, performance metrics, and operational data.
- Drive projects tied to efficiency, accuracy, and modernization of claims operations.
- Use tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, and internal reporting dashboards.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership at director and executive levels.
- Analysts oversee one major experience area.
- Manage 2–5 large initiatives (“big rocks”) at any time.
- Coordination required across ~3,000 adjusters.
- Skills-Tableau experience.
- Experience with Guidewire Claims Center.
- Jira or Jira Workforce Management (JWM).
- Preferably 4+ years of claims experience.
- Strong analytical background, with experience reviewing or improving operational processes.
- Ability to use data to make informed decisions and evaluate performance.
- Tableau experience.
- Experience with Guidewire Claims Center.
- Jira or Jira Workforce Management (JWM).
- Demonstrated ability to measure KPIs and manage process performance.
- Experience supporting or coordinating with process owners, adjusters, or workflow teams.
- One-round interview, typically 30–45 minutes.
- Behavioral questions focused on process improvement, data use, measurable results, and resolving issues.
- Answers should tie back to claims or process improvement experience.
- The role does not perform underwriting, renewals, or disbursements.
- Underwriting exposure is minimal and handled by separate teams.
- This is a process-focused, strategic, and operational improvement role.
