Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • You’re enthusiastic, flexible and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills who operates well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Handle end-to-end travel (flight, hotel, car, visa, etc.) arrangements for all senior leaders (Directors ) in Global People traveling in-region or to the region Proactively identify and address any issues that may arise during travel, providing quick and effective solutions.
  • In-office meeting management: align agendas, coordinate meeting rooms, assist with food orders, and other meeting needs for Senior Leaders when traveling to the region and requiring assistance with coordinating Partner with VP
  • Executive Assistant’s when applicable to provide on the ground support when VP leaders are traveling in-region Act as a point of contact for executives during their travels, offering support and assistance as needed
  • Expense management duties, which includes submitting expense reports and receipts in a timely manner
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-Supporting Multiple VPs, Zoom and Concur
  • 5 years experience supporting VP level or above
  • Exceptional communication skills and are highly organized with ability to manage a variety of high priority projects from multiple management and professional levels
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Box, Concur and Client Docs
  • Desire to grow and take on your own projects
  • Professional demeanor and soft-skills
  • Positive and personable can-do attitude
  • Experience handling confidential materials
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI tools into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. (Copilot, Zoom’s Companion AI, etc.)
