Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sample management workflows, including check-in, storage, retrieval, aliquoting, plate normalization, and shipping.
• Manage biologics inventory such as antibodies, proteins, conjugates, libraries, plasmids, and cells.
• Operate and troubleshoot automation systems and liquid handling platforms (Echo, Bravo, Biomek, i7, etc.).
• Maintain meticulous LIMS documentation and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, CROs, and external partners to support hit-to-lead and profiling efforts.
• Contribute to process improvement, workflow optimization, and protocol development.
• Support lab safety, compliance, and quality standards in accordance with guidelines.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-BS or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sample management, biologics handling, or compound logistics.
• Hands-on experience with liquid handling systems (Echo, Bravo, Biomek, Hamilton, i7).
• Proficient with inventory management systems and LIMS.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in automation troubleshooting and workflow optimization highly desirable.
