Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute HR operations processes across workforce programs
- Support onboarding and settlement processes for operational employees (e.g., dispatch/workforce teams)
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and guideline documentation
- Compile and analyze HR data reports (Excel-based reporting, metrics, dashboards)
- Respond to employee and team requests with accuracy and urgency
- Coordinate and support employee engagement events (all-hands, team events, happy hours)
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, operations, and business teams
- Support additional HR operational and administrative initiatives
- Skills-Fluency in Korean and English (written + verbal)
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations / HR Generalist roles
- Experience in tech, logistics, or fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong skills in Excel (reporting, data analysis, dashboards)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- High level of integrity and confidentiality handling
- Experience supporting high-volume or operational workforce (dispatch, logistics, gig workforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools
- Exposure to People Analytics or HR Data Reporting
