Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism
- Maintain lobby appearance and overall office presentation
- Deliver a positive, high-quality front-of-house experience
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team
- Assist with onboarding coordination and internal processes
- Support appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars
- Assist with meeting preparation and notes
- Handle scheduling requests efficiently
- Order and manage office supplies
- Coordinate with internal teams and property management
- Ensure smooth daily office operations
- Assist with employee engagement activities
- Provide backup support to administrative staff
- Help maintain overall office organization
- Strong customer service / client-facing skills
- Organized, reliable, and proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional communication and presence
- Tues–Thurs: ~8:30 AM – 3:00/3:30 PM
- Mon & Fri: Shorter days
- Total: ~30 hours/week
