Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and evaluate patient conditions; implement and adjust care plans as needed.
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, care, and incidents.
• Advocate for patients and families; provide education and address concerns promptly.
• Support patient satisfaction and ensure confidentiality and compliance with standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and organizational initiatives.
• Mentor and precept nurses; promote professional accountability and leadership.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single State or Compact).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and care coordination skills.
• Relevant clinical nursing experience preferred (acute care experience highly desirable).
• BLS (Basic Life Support).
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) within 180 days of hire (if not current upon hire).
