Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)•
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 4 days/week
• Format: 4/10-hour shifts
• 7-9 days of call every 4 weeks for emergent after-hours procedures. 30-minute response time. Very little weekend call (1 weekend per month).Call:• 
• Perform high-quality multimodality procedures according to protocol
• Work routinely in two imaging modalities (minimum 50% in second modality)
• Demonstrate expertise in radiation dose reference levels and monitoring
• Communicate with patients using AIDET
• Prepare patients and position for procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control protocols
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment
• Participate in call rotation (30-minute response time)
• Location: Lakeway, Texas (Suburb of Austin, TX)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must have:ARRT (R) or RCIS credential with additional certification (CI, VI, CT, MRI, Mammo, RCES, etc.)
• Associate's degree in Radiology or related program
• Texas Medical Board (MRT) license (unless MRI or Ultrasound)
• BLS certification (within 30 days)
• Less than 1 year experience accepted – new graduates welcome!
• Must live within 30 minutes of hospital
• Must be willing to cross-train into Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology. Less than 1 year of experience accepted – new graduates encouraged to apply!
• Graduate of accredited program
• Less than 1 year experience accepted – new graduates strongly encouraged
• ARRT (R) or RCIS with additional certification required
• Texas MRT license required (unless MRI/Ultrasound)
• BLS within 30 days of hire
• Must live within 30 minutes of hospital
