Pay Range: $120 - $130/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-5 years of active experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Operations roles within a high-volume, complex manufacturing or technology environment.
• Proven domain expertise in material readiness, production control, and supplier performance management.
• Experience across all phases of a product lifecycle from prototype to mass production to end-of-life.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and complex production schedules.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate status and risks to diverse, cross-functional audiences.
• Experience in Data Center, Construction, Hyperscale Cloud Infrastructure, or large-scale Capital Equipment supply chains.
• Track record of successfully delivering complex products and managing large projects; in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Highly skilled at working and excelling in a highly ambiguous/unstructured environment, employing critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Experience in negotiating early funding and managing capacity across multiple, global suppliers.
• Ability to customize communications based on the audience, interacting effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive groups.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
