Software Engineer in Test (JavaScript/Cypress)

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Position: Senior Software Engineer in Test (SDET) – Healthcare Products
• Focus: Automating test suites, ensuring product quality & release readiness.
• Environment: Agile Squad within Digital Healthcare Teams.
• Design, develop & maintain automation frameworks (Playwright/Cypress).
• UI & API automation (Angular/Vue, RESTful APIs, GraphQL a plus).
• Build reusable automation artifacts & test plans.
• Investigate & resolve issues across full stack.
• Work with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure performance, security, usability & scalability.
• Accessibility testing experience preferred.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Playwright and/or Cypress
• Typescript and/or JavaScript
• Rest Assured and/or Karate Cucumber BDD
• BS in Computer Science or related.
• 6+ years in Testing/Development (UI & API automation).
• Strong in Typescript/JavaScript, Cucumber/BDD.
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, uDeploy).
• Knowledge of Code Quality tools (Sonar, Sealights).
• Strong communication & collaboration in Agile/DevOps environment.
