Key Responsibilities:
- Act as hands-on SME for Mainframe/ETL applications; resolve Priority 1–3 production issues.
- Support application releases, deployments, and after-hours/on-call activities.
- Perform production ticket triage, root cause analysis, and code/DB fixes.
- Generate ad-hoc data reports and maintain documentation of issues and processes.
- Recommend process, enhancement, and performance improvements.
- Skills-Mainframe/ETL Support, JCL/COBOL/ batch jobs, Experience with databases (DB2/ Oracle) and scheduling/file transfer tools (CA7, NDM/FTP)
- 5+ years in Mainframe/ETL development & support (JCL, COBOL, batch jobs).
- Experience with CA7, NDM/FTP, File Manager, DB2, Oracle.
- 2+ years with DataStage/ETL, Unix, Autosys, Splunk, Dynatrace.
- Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with dev, support, and management teams.
- Background in consumer banking or deposits applications preferred.
