Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location)

• Perform the full nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Provide safe, high-quality, individualized patient care
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary teamwork
• Administer treatments and medications per clinical standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families and involve them in care planning
• Support quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Participate in professional development, training, and competency assessments
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor when needed
• Assist with care coordination across the continuum
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Experience providing direct patient care
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic clinical technology
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations
• Commitment to professional ethics, safety, and quality standards
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
