Key Responsibilities:
- Support healthcare business operations by gathering and documenting business and operational requirements
- Create and maintain process flows, workflow diagrams, and basic reports
- Collaborate with clinical, billing, patient access, compliance, and operations teams
- Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and operational documentation
- Maintain accurate documentation including BRDs, process documents, and reports
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Respond to operational inquiries and escalate issues to senior analysts as needed
- Key Skills; Healthcare operations knowledge
- Requirements gathering and business documentation
- Data analysis and reporting using Excel
- Stakeholder coordination across healthcare teams
- Process mapping and workflow documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years of experience in a healthcare operations, analyst, coordinator, or administrative role
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
