Pay Range: $85 - $95/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Data Center, Change management and MEP experience (mechanical, electrical, plumbing exp).
• 5 Years of construction management experience including client facing experience, managing a general constructor or trade partners. 
• This contingent worker role is designed to support our ongoing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• The Construction Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality results while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Skills should include working in a mission critical / data center space.
• MEP experience mechanical electrical plumbing exp L1- L2 and into L3
• Prefer that larger scale industry exp
