Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track 20–25 cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
• Own the enterprise roadmap, timelines, and dependencies
• Act as the “glue” across teams (Ops, Marketing, Finance, Tech, HR, etc.)
• Provide clear, executive-level reporting on:
• Progress Risks Milestones Next steps
• Identify bottlenecks, delays, and gaps, and drive solutions
• Maintain a single source of truth for all transformation initiatives
• Ensure teams stay aligned and deliver against commitments

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 3–5 years of experience in:
• PMO / Program Coordination / Transformation / Strategy / Consulting
•  Experience managing or tracking multiple projects (10–20+ at once)
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
•  Ability to create and deliver executive-level updates
• Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
• Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities
• Advanced Excel + PowerPoint skills
• Experience with tools like:
• Monday.com
• Smartsheet
• Airtable
• Background in:
• Enterprise transformation
• Consulting
