Pay Range: $68 - $73/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating requirements elicitation sessions with business partners and be the active driver in the backlog refinement process.
• Executing analysis and evaluate systems on large and complex projects.
• Encouraging the agile and cloud first methodologies. Including active participation in the daily Scrum, Sprint Planning Meetings, sprint reviews and reflections.
• Building a deep understanding of the domain and actively share that understanding through team mentoring.
• Communicating effectively to influence team members and external groups, including navigating the organization to effectively accomplish tasks.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Work in backend database projects Expert SQL
• Source to target data mapping and modeling ETL and ELT processes
• Rest API design in Swagger
• Data is in Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Data is moving from/to: Salesforce to salesforce
• Salesforce to snowflake
• Salesforce to oracle
• Must haves:  Work in backend database projects Expert SQL Snowflake Source to target data mapping and modeling ETL and ELT processes
• Nice to have: Rest API design in swagger
• 10 years of Systems Analysis experience, with a solid understanding of data-intensive applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
• Experience working in a Full Stack environment (UI, Middleware and database layers).
• Skilled in collaborating with business users, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements, clarify data rules, and resolve discrepancies.
• Your strong analytical skills and ability to solve issues and work through ambiguous situations by making timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience and judgment.
• Demonstrated expertise interviewing and extracting high quality requirements from stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with Snowflake and PostgreSQL experience is a nice to have
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology.
• You love working with data and are confident in your SQL skills.
• Your passion for data analysis with the ability to navigate and master complex transactional and warehouse databases.
• Experience with RESTful Web APIs
• Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Including strong judgment, issue management, and problem analysis techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills while having attention to details.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be an organized, self-starter with a collaborative workstyle and customer service focus.
