Pay Range: $43 - $44/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with UX teammates to co-create thoughtful design solutions.
• Confident communicator and skilled storyteller able to present concepts and final designs to stakeholders, clearly articulating the why behind design decisions using research insights, best practices, and business context.
• Experience partnering with development teams, including handing off specifications, engaging in constructive conversations, and demonstrating a basic understanding of development workflows or coding principles to foster mutual respect and alignment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Interaction Design, Design Systems, UX Design.
• Strong foundation in interaction design, complemented by visual design skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that aligns with brand, accessibility, and internal design system guidelines.
• Proven experience with design systems building, maintaining, and evolving scalable libraries paired with advanced Figma expertise, including best practices in component creation and library maintenance.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to log decisions, track design changes, and manage updates across multiple files to maintain consistency.
• Ability to see the big picture, recognize patterns, and determine when to standardize or create new design solutions.
• Flexible and modern mindset, comfortable working in evolving environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
