- Lead implementation and change management engagements for LTS clients.
- Align stakeholders and execute project plans to meet strategic milestones.
- Conduct consultative sessions to drive adoption and optimize recruiting strategies.
- Deliver engaging virtual sessions tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to represent the customer voice.
