Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Day to day the facilitator will train new hires in-person and virtually. 
• Facilitators will assist with submitting documents to the state for certification. 
• Facilitators will also assist in training other Care Management related tasks based on New Jersey needs. 
• Performance metrics are based on trainee feedback. 
• What is unique about this role is that they are a NJ Choice Master Trainer certified to train the state assessment and the role of the master trainer is instrumental to the functioning of the healthplan

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Long-Term Services and Supports, RN New Jersey Health Choice Certification, Training and Development
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Social work, public health, nursing, clinical social work.
• Preferred: New Jersey Health Choice MASTER TRAINER Certification.
• Required: Registered Nurse New Jersey Health Choice Certification     
• Preferred: New Jersey Health Choice MASTER TRAINER Certification
• 5 years of relevant experience (LTSS care management)
• Facilitation Skills
• Computer Skills/Microsoft Office
• Organization; independent work
• Shift-Training 8am-5ph m-f – classroom setting 7 days - 1 on 1 CAMERA ON FOR ALL TRAINING 
• 8-5 EST M-F – no ot/no weekends
