Pay Range: $110 - $119/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across growth, product, brand, and digital channels.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Develop and run email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation flows, and performance analysis.
• Utilize AI tools to drive personalization, automation, and content generation for marketing activities.
• Conduct A/B tests, analyze campaign data, and provide insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• 6.Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, Analytics, and other teams to ensure unified marketing execution.
• 7.Monitor digital marketing performance and support optimizations across platforms like Ads.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Growth marketing
• Email marketing (multi-email campaigns)
• AI-driven automation & personalization (using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Analytical skills (A/B testing, reporting)
• Digital marketing product experience ( Ads preferred)
• Strong communication & cross-functional coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver measurable results.
• Experience working in high-growth tech, SaaS, or digital-first      environments.
• Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Mailchimp).
• Familiarity with advanced AI/ML-driven marketing technologies and personalization engines.
