Occupational Therapist

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, Sign- on Bonus, Reallocation Bonus and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Mon – Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:00PM
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess functional abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve:
• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Motor skills and coordination
• Cognitive and perceptual abilities
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and adaptive techniques
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR systems
• Participate in discharge planning and recommend assistive devices or home modifications
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy (required)
• Licensure
• Active Georgia Occupational Therapist License
• NBCOT certification (preferred)
• Acute care or outpatient rehab experience preferred
• Orthopedic conditions
• Neurological disorders
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
