Data Analyst
Immediate need for a talented Data Analyst. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Chicago, IL (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data pipelines across PostgreSQL, Redshift, and BigQuery.
- Work on Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analytics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support business insights.
- Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced data manipulation.
- Manage and optimize data workflows in AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.).
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Document data processes, models, and workflows for scalability and clarity.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Python, SQL, AWS
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift, and BigQuery).
- Experience with Databricks as a data analytics platform.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
- Expertise in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Good understanding of AWS services related to data storage and processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in handling large datasets and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data modeling.
- Exposure to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
