- Field dispatch repairing printers and other duties
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: [ “Field Dispatch", "Desktop Support”, "Printer Repair", "Break/Fix”, “Hardware Troubleshooting" ]
- Field dispatch experience and printer repair experience
- M-F 9-6 some OT and some after hours
- Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
- Will there be shift differentials? No
- At least one year of field dispatch and one year of printer repair
- Do they need any specific certifications or education? A would be nice to have
- If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $22
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Varies from 50 to 150, depending on how many cases the tech runs in a day
