Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Pay Range: $50   - $55  /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support executive routines by coordinating materials, logistics, and communications for leadership staff meetings, global broadcasts, manager forums, and other key engagements.
  • Lead and manage programs that promote employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction — including events, recognition initiatives, leadership listening sessions, and volunteer opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze engagement-related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance the engagement scorecard to track progress and support strategic planning.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and communicate effectively with teammates at all levels, including senior leaders.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Key Skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, Strong verbal and written skills across all levels of the organization, Can develop solutions, improve processes, enhance engagement strategies
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating meetings, routines, and executive communications
  • Strong collaboration skills and relationship-building across teams
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation to support decision-making
  • Organized & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Can plan and execute on executive routines (Staff Meetings, All Hands Broadcast, Manager Sessions, Leadership Onsite, Volunteer events).
  • Attention to detail when preparing agendas, materials, coordinating logistics, etc.
  • Communications: Strong verbal and written skills across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. Shows executive presence and confidence - can facilitate sessions and deliver clear messages.
  • Strategic: Can develop solutions, improve processes, enhance engagement strategies, connect data with organizational goals to drive measurable impact.
