Digital Product Owner (AI & Contact Center Solutions)

Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. (Depending on Experience). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, contact center operations, and IT delivery teams
  • Own and prioritize the product and automation backlog to align with business strategy and customer needs
  • Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, refinement, and acceptance across Agile and Waterfall initiatives
  • Serve as the day-to-day decision maker for scope, priorities, and trade-offs
  • Drive development and deployment of AI-enabled contact center capabilities
  • Collaborate with UX, developers, testers, and vendors to deliver roadmap-aligned solutions
  • Review, accept, and prioritize new features, enhancements, and defect fixes
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and recommend solutions
  • Define success metrics and support business adoption and change readiness
  • Mentor and coach less experienced Product Owners or team members.
  • Voice of the contact center and stakeholders to develop the product that delivers the most value.
  • Accountable for the development and deployment of AI-enabled contact center capabilities
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Key skills; “Product Owner", "Product backlog”, “Contact Center or call center”, “Figma", “Automation, “AI”, “Jira”
  • Product Owner - 5+ years
  • Product Backlog Management – 5+ years
  • Contact Center Operations Knowledge – 3–5 years
  • Automation Strategy & Requirements – 3–5 years
  • AI Experience (Contact Center or Enterprise AI) – 2–4 years
  • Prioritize automation backlog and requirements
  • Agile Frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
  • trategic Thinking & Road mapping
  • Jira and Figma
  • Technical problem solving
  • Cost-benefit analysis
  • Data-driven decision-making
