Principal Database Developer

Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• team will be responsible for crafting and driving implementation of applications/ framework using Oracle, SQL Server, Informatica, Control-M.
• This technology group provides outstanding development and maintenance support to the overall Workplace Investment organization.

• Developing and crafting robust high per-performance database solutions.
• Assessing and researching current implementations of the platform and determining the course of action required to elevate the platform to meet customer needs.
• Taking the business requirements coupled with existing architecture to set a technical vision for features and major components and clearly articulating the evolutionary steps to achieve it.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; PL/SQL, Control-M, Oracle, ETL, Informatica
• Sr. level experience and communication
• SQL
• Oracle
• ETL Design
• Containerization
• Your experience in PL/SQL programming including packages, procedures, function, and triggers.
• Your ability to optimize sophisticated queries and compose efficient solutions.
• Your experience working in enterprise environments with version control and deployment standards.
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills with detail-oriented mindset.
• Your experience in ETL invent and development.
• Your experience with data base such as Oracle (Primary), SQL server.
• Your experience of working in Agile methodology.
• Your knowledge of Containerization and cloud deployment related to Database.
• Ability to build communication and rapport with partners, stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment and be effective in many different business settings.
• Ability to take initiative, define vision for improvement of products, and execute at high level of quality
