Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Provide patient- and family-centered care while supporting cultural diversity.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Support patient education and discharge planning.
- Must have skills: - Registered Nurse Med Surg Oncology
- Min 1 year of experience as RN Med Surg
- Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN License (Single State or Compact)
- BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Direct patient care experience
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments
- Basic computer and technology skills
